Register via Liveheats by Friday 5pm before the comp day.

Heats are announced on Liveheats in the morning of comp day or the evening on Friday. Ideally keep the whole day free (7am -4pm) as the heat times can change and in order to be around to meet other members, help with judging and to be part of this special community. Help with set up and pack down before and after comps is always appreciated.

Make sure you are around at least 15mins before your heat time, pick up your comp rashie from the FBI tent at South end of Freshie in front of Pilu and paddle out ~5mins before your heat.

If you can’t make it to the comp, please cancel via Liveheats by Friday. If you can’t make it on the day, please contact the club via Instagram DM. It is important to do this as the heat time changes depending on the attendee numbers.

If the conditions are not suitable, the club announces on their Instagram story / member WhatsApp group in the morning. Rescheduled comps are usually on the following Saturday.

Post comp presentation is 15-20 mins after the last heat of the day. Make sure to stick around and claim your prize!
